Oh, Mighty Sandwich

While everyone is trying to be fancy by deconstructing dishes, I like to keep it simple.  All of my favorite antipasto treats in between two pieces of grilled Foccacia lightly drizzled in olive oil and salt and pepper.

The last ten or so food pics are all from one of our restaurants new fall menu tasting.

It is a wonderful process, and there will be more to come.  We have one more tasting scheduled for our Steak House, and then we begin tasting for our Italian Restaurant.
