This is the real Italian eggplant parm, casserole style.
A layer of sauce, a layer of eggplant, a layer of cheese, another eggplant, more sauce and more cheese.
It will only take around 20-30 minutes to cook depending on the size of your eggplant and the cheese should always be golden brown.
Simple, easy, delicious.
